Returns & Replacements

We aim to offer the best design, print and garment decoration service in the South West.

We aim to provide you with the highest quality product to meet your exact requirements. Each customer is treated with bespoke needs and we offer a satisfaction guarantee. 

 

Faulty products

If there is a problem with the product/s you have ordered from us, we will make every reasonable effort to correct it. ​

If the product is faulty due to a manufacturers error, we will ask you to return it to us so that we can work with our suppliers to provide a replacement or, in some cases, a refund.

 

Decorated items

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on personalised clothing and other items. Please make full use of our fitting and consultation service in store and/or the detailed product information available before placing an order.  We do not decorate products without your approval.

If there is a problem with the decoration due to an error on our part, we will make every reasonable effort to correct it and provide you with a replacement free of charge. Please return your item/s to us for inspection.

We expect our prints to retain their colour and quality. If you experience any problem with colour or quality after the first wash, we will ask you to return your garment for testing and provide a replacement if the problem is caused by an error on our part. Please follow our washing instructions to avoid damaging your print.

Garments/products supplied by you

​If we are printing on garments or other products you have supplied, we take every care possible.

We cannot accept any responsibility for your products – though we will take every care to ensure they are returned in the same condition they were received.

We cannot offer refunds for accidental damage to your garments during the print or embroidery process. We will ask you to acknowledge that you accept this risk before we decorate your items.

There is a small surcharge for printing and embroidering on garments not supplied by Extra Mile Printing.

 

Undecorated shop stock

If you have bought an item of unbranded clothing from our shop-stocked items we will be happy to exchange it for another size if it is returned in new/unused condition. If a suitable alternative is not available in your chosen garment, we will be happy to give you a full refund for items returned as new.

 

Non-stock items

We have carefully chosen our recommended ranges of clothing and other products based on 10 years of knowledge and experience. We regularly review the best new products available.

You are welcome to order samples of items available from our suppliers that we don’t usually stock. We will charge a small non-returnable deposit based on the item value. This is usually 20% of the full price.
