What is the most suitable workwear solution for my job?


We offer a wide range of garments for all trades. Our personal service means that we can find out a bit more about what you do and make recommendations especially for you.

We will ask questions like these:

  • Does your workwear need to meet specific requirements for a certain contract (e.g. orange hi-vis for working in the quarry)?

  • Does your workwear get very heavy use?

  • Do you need to have a smarter option for managers/meetings/giving quotes?

  • Do you work in an environment that means your garments need regular hot washes (i.e. mechanic or painter/decorator)?

Can you print and embroider on my garments?


Yes, we can print or embroider your own garments in most circumstances. Some print techniques are less effective on a garment that has already been worn and washed but we should be able to find a solution! Please contact us with your specific enquiry and we will be happy to help.

Can you design something new for me?


Absolutely! We love the design process, from getting your company logo, fashion design, or whatever you need just right, to choosing the right garments, gift products or business merchandise to display your new design/s in the best possible way.

Can I design something to print?


Of course. You are welcome to share your digital design with us in almost any format. Or, if you have a drawing or painting you would like printed onto any of the items we can supply, we are more than happy to work with this. You can bring the original to our studio for scanning/photographing, or send us an image by email.

All images supplied should be:

  • In the highest resolution possible

  • In any file format, as long as it is PC and Windows compatible

  • Your own to share, or with permission from the owner of the image

  • If you are sending a photograph, please send the original file. Images that have been compressed by mobile apps or social media usually don’t print well. Please ask if you have no alternative and we will advise whether we can achieve a good print quality.

What are the biggest and smallest sizes you do?

Our garments cover sizes Newborn to 7XL


We can print almost anywhere on a garment from small label size prints to full front or reverse A3 print.

We can also supply fully sublimated garments in which the whole garment is printed to your requirements (minimum order of 10).

We also supply banners and flags to almost any size.

What is your minimum order quantity?


Most of our products have no minimum order quantity. We love producing one-off bespoke items as much as we enjoy supplying whole schools with their uniform.


Business stationery minimums apply (please contact us).


The minimum order for fully sublimated team kits is 10.

What is your maximum order quantity?


Good question! If you have a large garment order (500+), we may work with one of our friends in the trade to give you the best possible price and turnaround time. This means we can supply orders of 1000’s even though we ourselves are only a small studio.

I am on a really tight budget can you help?


We aim to always say yes!

If you’re on a budget you can make savings by choosing budget garments and cheaper print techniques. We will discuss all the options with you to find the best solution for any restrictions you have.

I would like something really special can you help?


Yes! We offer a personal service and will be very happy to act as your personal designers, product advisors, and print/embroidery finishers!

Can we try your garments before we buy?



You are very welcome to visit our showroom to try our recommended products in our customer fitting rooms.

We carry sample stock in most sizes (from kids to 5XL).

We don’t have space to showcase everything we can supply so if you want to try something outside of our recommended ranges, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange for samples if we can.

I have bought the wrong size, what can I do?


We recommended trying before you buy if at all possible as we are unable to accept returns of decorated garments.

If we have incorrectly advised you, it is our policy to offer replacements, not returns, as we want to do everything we can to ensure you have the perfect product.

Please contact us if you are not entirely happy with your results.

I need something today, can you help?


We usually process your order within 7-10 working days as this gives us enough time to get everything exactly right and provide you with the perfect finished product.


We do offer a premium same/next day service, subject to availability. There will be an extra charge of up to 10% of the price of your order for this service. Please be advised that at busy times our premium service may not be available…to avoid disappointment do plan ahead if you can!

Can you decorate over an existing design?


We may be able to help with covering, fixing, changing or enhancing an existing design.

Please contact us, or bring the item to our studio so that we can advise you whether what you need will be possible.

Can you remove a design from an existing garment?


This may be possible in some circumstances but there is a risk that removing a print will leave lasting damage. We will need to see the garment to be able to advise you whether print removal will be possible and what the consequences will be. We cannot remove embroidery.

Can you print on any part of a garment?


Please see our hand print positions guide. We think we have everything covered here but if you have another idea please get in touch and we will see what we can do!

What do you do with my design once you have printed it? 


We securely store all our customers’ artwork in their own personal digital file. We will never share your artwork with anyone else, or use it for any purpose other than to fulfil your orders unless you have specifically given us permission to do so i.e. to share an image of your finished product on our social media or website.

Keeping your artwork on file enables us to save changes we may have made to make your logos or images print ready and fulfil any future orders without delay, and without charging more than once for any set-up or design time.

You can ask us to delete your artwork from our system if you do not wish for it to be saved but please be aware this may incur delays and/or costs in the future if you want us to print your design again.
